Why the name?
The AI Income Project exists to do one thing: use AI to increase the income of the businesses we work with. Not in a vague, theoretical way — in real, measurable terms. More jobs won from quotes that used to go cold. More calls answered that used to go to voicemail. More hours back every week that used to disappear into admin.
Why we started with plumbing
Plumbing was our first vertical because the problem is so clear. Plumbers are busy from the moment they wake up — on the tools, driving between jobs, quoting in the evenings. The last thing they need is another piece of software to manage. They need things to just happen. That's how Plumber Pro AI was born — the first version of what we do, now running for sole trader plumbers across the UK. Other trades next.
How we work
We're selective. We only take on projects where we know automation will make a real difference, and we only work with a small number of businesses at a time so we can deliver properly. No churn, no templates sold off a shelf — everything is built for your business, tested properly, and handed over with full support.
