1. What this site is
The AI Income Project (AIIP) is a studio that builds practical AI systems for UK small businesses, one vertical at a time. This website is an educational content hub plus a lead-capture entry point for consultations with the studio. We do not sell direct from this site.
Our dedicated brand for UK sole trader plumbers is Plumber Pro AI, which offers Planning Leads (a subscription that surfaces approved planning applications in your area) and done-for-you websites. If you are a plumber, the Plumber Pro AI website has its own terms covering pricing, payment, cancellation and refunds.
2. Using the website
You may read, share and link to anything on this site for personal or commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror or republish the full text of articles without permission. Blog posts and educational content are provided as-is - they are general information, not bespoke business advice.
3. Lead forms and consultations
When you submit the interest form, contact form or book a consultation, you give us permission to contact you about your enquiry. We do not pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling detail.
A consultation is a free, no-obligation conversation. There is no charge for booking one, no commitment to buy anything, and no contract signed by booking it.
4. Website builds and other trades
Our done-for-you website service is available to UK trade and service businesses. Each build is priced per project and agreed in writing before any work starts - a one-off build fee, with an optional monthly plan for hosting and ongoing updates. The written agreement sets out the specific deliverables, price, payment schedule and ownership terms for that project.
For trades outside Plumber Pro AI, everything starts with a free 15-minute consultation. There is no charge and no obligation - we will tell you honestly whether a website or planning-application outreach fits your business, and we only take on work we know we can deliver.
Where payment is taken online it is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details - they sit with Stripe.
5. Outbound links
This site contains links to third-party tools, software and services we mention in our content (Tradify, Zapier, n8n, ChatGPT, etc.). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, pricing or behaviour. Some links may be affiliate links - if so, we'll mark them clearly. Affiliate income never changes which tools we recommend.
6. Liability
The content on this site is general information. We're not liable for business decisions you make based on it. If you engage us for a paid project (via Plumber Pro AI, a website build, or a subscription), that engagement is governed by a separate agreement which sets out specific deliverables, payment terms and liability.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
