Automation 1: Audit Engine
Visitors describe their business processes through a short form. An AI model analyses their answers, scores their automation potential out of 100, and generates a personalised report highlighting where they're losing time and what they could automate first. The report arrives by email within minutes — entirely automatically. This does two things: it gives genuine value to the visitor upfront, and it quietly qualifies them as a lead. By the time they book a consultation, they already understand their own automation gap.
Automation 2: Consultation Booking
Potential clients pick an available slot directly from a live calendar linked to Google Calendar. The moment they confirm, n8n fires: a Google Meet link is generated, a calendar event is created for both parties, and a confirmation email lands in their inbox — all before a human has seen the request. No back-and-forth. No double bookings. No missed follow-ups. The system handles rescheduling and sends a reminder the day before automatically.
Automation 3: Stripe → Instant Product Delivery
When a customer completes a Stripe purchase — whether a workflow template or a digital guide — Stripe fires a webhook to n8n. The workflow identifies the product purchased, personalises the delivery email with the customer's name and order details, and sends it instantly. No fulfilment queue, no waiting. Every transaction is also logged to Supabase automatically, giving a live record of sales, products delivered, and customer emails — no manual data entry required.
